Hooper Medical Centre is a trusted Medical Clinic committed to offering high-quality, compassionate patient-centred health care for all ages. Located in the heart of Toowoomba, we strive to promote wellness, prevent illness, and manage chronic conditions.
We are a small team of hard-working individuals ready and dedicated to helping the Toowoomba community. We have five qualified general practitioners, team leader, two practice nurses and four medical administration officers.
We recognise that every patient and their families are different, with their own unique needs. Our goal is to design an individual treatment plan to help each and every one of our patients to achieve the best possible outcome.
As a patient of our practice, you can expect to be greeted with caring and professional attitude by our entire staff. The Doctors will work in combination with your other health specialists to create a coordinated plan. Along with our practice nurses and medical administration staff, we will be responsive to your health concerns.
Hello Home Doctor Service is a fully accredited after-hours home visiting doctor service, established to provide continuity of care by working in conjunction with General Practices, Aged Care Facilities and Retirement Villages.
Hello Home Doctor Service operates throughout the entire after-hours period and have been providing timely access to after-hours care in our community.
Home visit services are bulk billed.

Our practice is registered in MyMedicare, and now you can register too.
MyMedicare allows you to nominate a general practice and general practitioner as your regular healthcare provider. When you register in MyMedicare, extra funding from the Australian Government becomes available to support our practice to provide more of the targeted care you need.
If you hold a valid Medicare or Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran card and have had two or more face-to-face appointments with us in the past two years, you’re now eligible to register. By registering in MyMedicare you can access new benefits, such as longer funded telehealth consultations with our practice.
Registration is voluntary.
